One of my favorites. The Word of God transforms hearts - revives the soul, gives wisdom, causes the heart to rejoice, enlightens the eyes, creates a cleansing fear that endures and perseveres.

May God give me grace and the indwelling work of the Holy Spirit that what I say and think about is acceptable in His sight.

I love how nature proclaims the glory of God. How could zebras just have gotten camouflaging stripes that only camouflage them to their black and white seeing predators by genetic accident, and all the other natural ingenuities we learn about in science. They are not genetic misfirings, but something BEYOND intelligent design. They are exceptionally awesome and point to an exceptionally awesome Creator.

I also love; "The rules of the Lord can be trusted, they make plain people wise." v 7. Truly, with a childlike trust in what our Father tells us and obedience to how He instructs us to live, only in that can true wisdom be attained.

Also; "People can not see their own mistakes. Forgive me for my secret sins, keep me from the sins of pride, don't let them rule me." v12 Oh, I love this. It is the SPIRIT that reveals our sins, we are blind to our own shortfallings. But when we are open to His teaching, He reveals areas that we are weak and urges us to turn aside from foolishness and chase after righteousness. To fix our eyes on the prize and RUN.
