"Some people are like land that gets plenty of rain. The land prduces a good crop for those who work it, and it receives God's blessings. Other people are like land that grows thorns and weeds and is worthless." v7,8

plenty of rain... it can only be associated with the grace that God gives when we draw near to Him. How else can we be a well watered garden, flourishing. How I want to learn to draw nearer Him and be drenched in His goodness to the extent that I can't help but produce good fruit.

"And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence so as to realize the full assurance of hope until the end, so that you will not be sluggish, but imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises." (v.11-12)

I often feel sluggish. But I'm trying to be a good imitator.
