This is a sad and frightening verse. The susceptibility of women to be deceived and the power to influence for good or evil has been part of our make up since the Garden of Eden. It is something I am ever conscious of and pray that my heart will never be led astray and that I will have a life mission of influencing others for good.

Also brings back around the conversation from chapter 30... about the oaths and vows that a woman makes... we are often rash and emotional... I believe this is part of the rationale of a partnership of woman and man, with man as leader...
