"Teach them to your children, and talk about them when you sit at home and walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Write them down and tie them to your hands as a sign... Write them on your doors and gates."

How can we teach what we are not familiar with? How can we talk assuredly about something that we don't really understand? How can we remember if we aren't planting seeds of truth in our hearts and minds every day? The answer is, we can't. That is why the discipline of digging into the word on a daily basis is so vital to our growth and maturity.

A friend of mine has bible verses written out in beautiful calligraphy around many of her door frames and above the window frames. I just love it. Better than art :)

"Do what is right and good in the LORD's sight,so all will go well with you."vs 18

The LORD wants to help us,so that is why He gave us the ten commandments,to protect us.
