"When you are harvesting your crops and forget to bring in a bundle of grain from your field, don't go back to get it.Leave it for the foreigners, orphans and widows. Then the LORD your God will bless you in all you do.When you beat the olives form your olive trees, don't go over the bows twice.Leave some for the foreigners, orphans and widows. This also applies to the grapes in your vineyard.Do not glean the vines after they are picked, but leave any remaining grapes to the foreigners, orphans and widows."v 19-21

We should always give to the poor people that don't have anything,we should give to the needy some of whatever we have most of,for how would you like to have very little? You would rejoice when somebody gave you grapes from their vineyard, grain from their fields and olives from their trees.
