Galatians 4

Backread 2 chapters again in this book this morning and was so moved by the freedom and grace that is ours living in the days after Christ. The contrast of a life of legalism and rules set up to show our failures and shortcoming and this life that is ours of freedom in Christ, grace and imputed righteousness... it leaves me speechless. Brings to mind more thoughts from What's So Amazing About Grace... how when we truly understand God's love and His great grace toward us we will NEVER want to use it as license to sin or fall short, our understanding of His love will fill us with such gratitude that there will be nothing we want more than to obey Him and bring Him pleasure. My heart is full to bursting this morning with fresh insight into the depth of His love and grace toward me.
