I find it interesting how keeping the Sabbath is reiterated over and over in this passage. Setting aside a day from the hustle and bustle, and RELAXING, coming together to focus on HIM, it's so central, so elevated... it's like it's foundational to bearing other fruit almost the way it keeps being brought out over and over.

The person who obeys the law about the Sabbath will be blessed. (2)

The eunchs should obey the law about the Sabbath and do what I want and keep my agreement. (4)

Foreigners will join the Lord to worship Him and love Him and to serve Him, to obey the law about the sabbath, and to keep my agreement. (6).

That last one challenges me. Worship, Love, Serve, Obey, Keep. It's not all about love. Here is a holistic formula for my response to God. It is multifaceted and addresses my soul (worship), my heart (love), my hands (serve), My will (obey) and my attention (keep). I'd say I have my life's work cut out for me.
