I simple love this chapter... it is so comforting and reassuring... and I have my favorite verse from it posted at the bottom of my blog. (Verse 6)

i have no good apart from you...

After months of thirst due to a crazy life schedule and life changes this chapter made me cry... My life has a yucky feel, as if so much is lacking, when my focus is fuzzy and not clearly on the Lord.

will not let your holy one see corruption...

This writter understands so much more about Gods view of us then my young mind does yet...

Thank the Lord for breathing fresh air in my feverish heart today through such readings!

"As for the godly people in the world, they are the wonderful ones I enjoy." v 3 oh the joy of witnessing a heart that is passionate about the love of their life. To get a fresh and invigorating glimpse of a soul that is living a plain above the daily grovel of worldliness and mundane pursuits. Living in expectation, in worship, in pursuit of Him.

v 6. "My share in life has been pleasant, my part has been beautiful." Amazing how with God in the picture this is true despite what people might view as the ugliest of circumstances. Abuse, rejection, emotional beatings. But when one chooses Christ, chooses to see Him and cling to Himin every circumstance, even the rockiest road and most fiery path becomes a beautiful memory, because it was walked together with Him, and He makes all things beautiful just like the verse before that said; "No, the Lord is all I need, He takes care of me." v 5

And I love, love, love that last verse too. "You will teach me how to live a holy life. Being with you will fill me with joy, at your right hand I will find pleasures forever." It doesn't get more exciting than that.

Yay Becky! I'm so glad He is refreshing you today. I am so grateful that He never holds back His goodness and blessing when we come to Him for an annointing of His presence, He comes running to meet us at the gate like the Prodigal's Father.
