"You should teach people whom you can trust the things you and many others have heard me say. Then they will be ableto teach others." v2

Discipleship in action, teaching, passing on, I see such a need for this in today's church. There is a sad lack of instruction and coaching on how to live lives that dig deeper and reach higher for the glory of God. The North American church is for the most part wallowing in apathy and nominalism with a gut wrenching lack of passion and pursuit of Christ.

"In a large house there are not only things made of gold and silver, but also things made of wood and clay. Some things are used for special purposes, and others are made for ordinary jobs. All who make themselves clean from evil will be used for special purposes. They will be made holy, useful to the Master, ready to do any good work." v20-21

Love this. Oh how I want to be more than ordinary... more than wood and clay. Gold in the hands of the master goldsmith, useful, of value to Him, ready to do His work.
