"You made a way through the sea and paths through the deep waters but your footprints were not seen." v19

I loved this. It reminded me of the poem "Footprints". How often do we think we are "walking blind" or paving our own path, when it is God who is going before opening doors and closing them, making paths and guiding us into them. So beautiful.

I also loved that verse:)

This is a great chapter for a friend of mine. I will have to send it on to her. She is going through deep troubles that are repetitive and makes her think she has been forgotten (same old thing)... I love how the author shakes off the temptation to be down cast by recalling how great our God is:)

Sorry I haven't been on here lately. I must admit my years goal of 'right sacrifice' hasn't been going well and I have been feeling sheepish about it... time to snap out of it:)

I love those words "right sacrifice". The sacrifice that costs us nothing is not sacrifice at all, I'm proud of you, and count it an honor and privilege to fellowship with you here. It's rather lonely and hollow just fellowshipping with myself but a word or two from you girls always blesses my spirit and adds a tender and unique spin to my spiritual gait. :) Love ya's.

I picked out v19 too, and just LOVE the word pictures created... convulsed, writhed, poured down, resounded, flashed... YOUR arrows, YOUR thunder, YOUR lightning... and He led His people like a flock by the hands of ordinary men, called and obedient.
