Amazing the picture of the Lord's blessing on a stubborn people. Nothing could touch them from enemy attack, only when His judgement came upon them did they pay the price, but never from enemies just overcoming them. Their trials and tribulations were always God directed. That makes me rethink when I undergo trial and tribulation in my own life, to see God's hand in it.

I enjoyed that chapter. It made me laugh. How powerless the enemy of our soul must feel sometimes. I particularly liked this part "Then Balak said to Balaam, "Neither curse them at all nor bless them at all!" Here Balak called upon Balaam to curse the people and all he can do is bless them, so in frustration he says don't curse them or bless them! God is involved in EVERY aspect of our lives...our blessings, our trials, our successes & our failures. HE is so good to us! :-)
