Ezekiel 27

This chapter read like an absolute dejavu of Revelation 18 to me with the destruction of Babylon. I did a study once on how Babel, Tyre, Babylon, and these chapters about their destruction show the power hungry rebellion of man to seek to establish world kingdoms with absolute power and economic, governmental monopoly and how God is against that. God wants to rule the nations and when man doesn't recognize that, and seeks to exalt one kingdom above all it is a spirit of antichrist and will suffer ultimate destruction as we see again and again in scripture and continue to see prophesied for the future.

This was tragically captivating. I'll be waiting on ch 28 to see what happens next!
