"The Lord your God moves around through your camp to protect you and to defeat your enemies for you, so the camp must be holy." v14

"When you make a vow to the LORD your God,be prompt in doing whatever you promised him."v 21

If we promise God something we must keep our promise,we cannot promise something and then as soon as your done promising it you forget about it and do the opposite of what you promised, for that would be sinning and lying to God.

I loved the end of this chapter, about it being ok to eat in your neighbor's field or vineyard, but not to take anything out of it in a basket. It reminded me of the guy who swaths our hay - he would always help himself to our berries as he was swathing - just to eat, not to take home :) We always joked that we should weight him in and then weigh him out again (lol)
